Delivery timeframe
Delivery should occur immediately or within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page after successful payment verification.
If you have not received your product
If a customer does not receive or cannot access the purchased product, they can contact support@sktechlab.com with the following details:
- Order / Transaction ID
- Registered email
- Product name
- Date of purchase
